Undergrad fellowship opportunities, self-nominations due Dec. 12

The Center for Social Concern supports the formal nominations process for two students to participate in either the Campus Compact Newman Civic Fellowship or the Transform Mid-Atlantic Civic Fellowship.

For the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year, students who are interested and meet the baseline criteria of being a full-time student for the upcoming academic year, are highly encouraged to self-nominate!

The opportunity to self-nominate opened on Monday, Oct. 6, and will close on Friday, Dec. 12.

Encourage students to self-nominate via this form, which includes details of both fellowships.

To self-nominate, the students must be prepared to provide the following:

  • A professional headshot
  • Resume
  • Two references
  • Answer questions in an essay format
  • Documents outlining intended goals/projects to be achieved within the fellowship
