Registration for the 2025 Event Planners Conference, hosted by the Johns Hopkins Office of University Events, is now open through myLearning.
The conference is scheduled for Friday, Jan. 24, at the Bloomberg School of Public Health's main entrance (1911 E. Monument Street). Conference attendees are invited to a networking breakfast starting at 9 a.m. in Feinstone Hall, followed by the welcome plenary at 9:30 a.m. in Sommer Hall.
To secure your spot, review the session topics below and click on the links. Sessions tend to fill up quickly, so we encourage you to register early.
During lunch you will have the opportunity to chat with fellow colleagues about various event topics. Each table will have different topics of interest. You can suggest a topic for discussion or to report any dietary restrictions or accommodation requirements via online form.
