This study measures CFTR function in healthy controls who have no family history of cystic fibrosis and no history of sinus disease. Participants will have a five-minute nasal brushing performed at the Johns Hopkins Outpatient Center, a review of their medical history, and saliva collection. They will be reimbursed for a meal and given a parking sticker.
