Overview
This Academic Career Design program will be composed of a comprehensive series crafted to empower faculty and staff members across all levels of academia. This longitudinal program workshop will offer a holistic approach to academic career design by incorporating the best practices and principles of professional development, academic executive coaching, authenticity philosophy, and strengths-based psychology. Through personalized guidance and tailored strategies, participants will embark on a transformative journey, cultivating their innate talents into intentional strengths. By harnessing the power of the strengths psychology approach, participants will be able to explore areas outside their comfort zone and expand their horizons. This process will aim to foster personal growth and amplify professional success within the realm of academia.

Objectives
- Recognize strategies to cultivate natural talents into intentionally directed strengths
- Compare and contrast participants' natural talents, gaining a deeper understanding of their unique strengths profile
- Identify and implement strategies to apply their mature strengths in pursuit of excellence as leaders in academia
