Johns Hopkins University I-9 Compliance Team has been partnered with Equifax to deliver required state/wage notices to university employees. These notices are required to be sent to the following individuals:
- Newly hired faculty, staff, and students
- Existing staff who move to a new state while remaining actively employed by JHU
- Existing staff who live in a state that requires notice to be sent when there is a change in their current salary
Employees who are affected will receive a welcome email from donotreply@Equifax.com with single sign-on (SSO) link to access the JHU Employment Compliance Portal. By clicking the link, employees will be able to view and confirm receipt of required state/wage notices.
