Participants needed for outpatient dengue vaccine/Zika challenge study

The Johns Hopkins Center for Immunization Research is looking for healthy volunteers to participate in an outpatient dengue vaccine/Zika challenge study. The purpose of this study is to see if a dengue vaccine (called TV003) will protect people from Zika infection. If you are between the ages of 18 and 40, you may be eligible to participate. The study is one year long and requires the following:

  • at least 2 screening visits
  • 1 vaccination visit
  • 12 outpatient visits following vaccination
  • 1 challenge visit
  • 19 outpatient visits following challenge
  • 1 follow-up phone call
