Levering Kitchens is undergoing changes to bring guests a fresh and unique dining experience in fall 2024. In preparation for these changes, Levering Kitchens will be closed from Monday, June 10, through Friday, June 28, for construction and staff training. Additional communication regarding reopening dates will follow.
During the construction , we invite you to dine at our other locations around campus, including Nolan's on 33rd, Hopkins Café (opening for summer on Tuesday, June 18), and Charles Street Market. Mosaic Global Kitchen
Levering Kitchens' Grill station is being replaced with Mosaic Global Kitchen, a Mediterranean concept that will offer a variety of healthy and flavorful options that feature Halal proteins. Menu options will include Build-Your-Own-Bowl (options include Gyro & Shawarma) , Grilled Halloumi, Dolmas & more.
Tossed Kitchen
Replacing the current Fresh and Toastee stations, Tossed Kitchen will feature a build-your-own-salad and artisan bread concept. Guests are invited to choose from a wide array of signature salads and bowls (i.e., Maryland Caesar, Southwest Bowl), toppings, and scratch-made dressings.
Red Lantern Kitchen
Replacing the current Wok station, Red Lantern Kitchen will feature Southeast Asian stir-fry concept. New menu items include Beef & Broccoli, Singapore Street Noodles, and Steamed Dumplings.
Additional Menu Enhancements & Extended Hours
In addition to these new concepts, Levering Taco Kitchen's menu will be updated to include a variety of house-made Sonoran Cheese Crisps. Also starting next year, Levering Kitchens will be open until 9 p.m., with meal exchange options available during dinnertime only.
