Centralized room scheduling opens June 3

The university's new academic and event scheduling platform, 25Live by CollegeNET, will be available to use for room scheduling with spaces through Scheduling & Event Services on June 3. Other areas at Homewood such as the Recreation Center, Libraries, and the Imagination Center are already using the new system. Resources and login instructions for scheduling spaces can be found on the Scheduling & Event Services SharePoint site.

Scheduling and Event Services staff are available to assist with any questions or issues via homewoodscheduleevents@jhu.edu or 410-516-8209 (Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4: 30 p.m.). Space requests should be submitted no later than 15 business days for event spaces in order to facilitate staffing and services. Five business days for general pool classrooms.

Please note: General pool classroom requests will open for fall scheduling on Aug. 5, once fall academic courses are finalized; spring semester classroom requests can be submitted starting Dec. 16, once spring 2025 academic courses are finalized.
