Mind Your Health Challenge: Week 3 winner

Week 3 of the Mind Your Health Challenge has just ended, and Human Reources' Wellness Programs announces the winner of its random weekly drawing.

Congratulations to Kelly Lynam in IT@JH. Here is what Kelly had to say about using Burnalong: "I am a working mother of 2 very busy girls. Between work, sports practices, orthodontist appointments and my outdoor pursuits, I've found it very difficult to find time to build strength and flexibility. The JHU Mind Your Health Challenge through Burnalong has made it possible for me to address some of the overlooked areas of my fitness in a way that fits my hectic schedule. Thank you for challenging me to do just a bit more!"

The next winner could be you. The challenge is active until May 31. All you have to do is join the challenge on Burnalong using the instructions below. Employees who take at least 60 minutes of class time in May will be entered to win additional prizes.

Full-time employees can participate in the challenge by:

  • Logging in to their Burnalong account or signing up here
  • Accepting the challenge invitation on the Burnalong homepage, or by clicking the profile icon and selecting Individual Challenges and then Invitations
  • Taking classes and having fun (check out the Mind Your Health playlist for class inspiration)
