Description

The partnership between Sister Parish and Albert Hadley influenced American d├ęcor for more than three decades, and their legendary firm was a training ground for dozens of designers now acclaimed in their own right. Renowned alumnus John J. Tackett discusses his early career with the iconic tastemakers, shares current trends in residential architecture and design, and takes audience questions over cocktails and a light supper.

Tackett's work has been published in Architectural Digest, Southern Accents, House & Garden, and House Beautiful, in addition to more than a dozen books on architecture and design. He is the owner of John Tackett Design in Memphis, Tennessee and the author of the blog, The Devoted Classicist.
