No promise of Birkin bags or Jimmy Choos, but the Best-Dressed Sale and Boutique is sure to have something you need to fill out your wardrobe. This fundraiser of the Women's Board of the Johns Hopkins Hospital is a fall tradition in Baltimore, drawing savvy shoppers for 45 years to the Carriage House of Evergreen & Library for three-plus days. The Preview Party on Thursday night ($45 in advance, $55 at the door) gives you first crack at the new and gently used women's and men's clothing, shoes, jewelry, and accessories, including designer, vintage, and estate items. Weekend hours, with free admission, are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday. Since its founding in 1927, the women's board has raised more than $17 million for the hospital. Last year's Best-Dressed Sale brought in more than $200,000.
