Workshop: Square-Foot Gardening—Maximizing Harvest Using Less Space and Effort

Would you like to harvest a lot of organic vegetables from your home garden using less space, water, and seeds? Square-foot gardening is a simple way to manage raised beds that don't require weeding, heavy digging, or tilling. Join gardening expert Kim Roman to learn the 10 basic steps of the square-foot gardening method created by Mel Bartholomew.

The Square-Foot Gardening workshop will be offered twice: on Thursday, March 9, in East Baltimore and on Tuesday, March 14, at Keswick, each from noon to 1 p.m. You may attend at either location.

The Johns Hopkins Shuttle makes frequent runs between campuses.
