Ten different players scored for the Johns Hopkins men's lacrosse team, which outscored visiting UMBC 7-0 in the second quarter en route to a 15-5 victory against the Retrievers at Homewood Field on Saturday afternoon.

The No. 8 Blue Jays (2-0) got goals from seven different players in the decisive period to improve to 15-0 all-time against UMBC. Complete box score

Wilkins Dismuke paced Hopkins with three goals, Shack Stanwick had two goals and three assists, and Kyle Marr added two goals. The Blue Jays owned a 42-26 advantage in shots. JHU goalkeeper Gerald Logan made three saves.

Hopkins returns to action Saturday against No. 6 Loyola at Homewood Field at 1 p.m.
